I used to have a different FamilyLife app. Will my sign in from that app work on the new one? What do I do if I forgot my old password?

Yes! Your previous sign in will work on the new FamilyLife app.

If you forgot your password, tap "Forgot Password?" from the sign in screen and you'll receive an email (check your spam/junk folder if you don’t immediately see it) with steps to reset your password.

If you do not remember the username or email you used previously, you can sign up with a new account, or get in touch with our support team via email at mobileappsupport@familylife.com or by using this contact form with your name and we will try to find out that information for you!
